Full job description

We are looking for a person to run our Kokomo Beach Club...Let's go to Kokomo! The Kokomo Beach Clubhouse is membership only - accessible to all of our residents, complete with an outdoor pool, fitness centre, yoga studio, and owners lounge.

Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all members and guests.
Handle all incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Execute all event planning, including but not limited to member social events, holiday parties, and special interest group meetings.
Manage the calendar of events and activities, ensuring that all events are properly publicized and well-attended.
Develop and implement creative programming initiatives that will appeal to the membership
Develop and maintain positive relationships with members and guests.
Handle all administrative tasks related to this role, including but not limited to budgeting, purchasing, and invoicing.
Pool maintenance and pool deck cleaning.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and equipment as needed.
Prepare monthly reports detailing departmental activity and progress towards goals.
Attend all staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality with regards to member information.
Compiling and reviewing participants’ feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Enforcing safety regulations.
Limited housekeeping as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related field
3-5 years experience in lifestyle coordination or a similar role
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
Basic First Aid training

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

French not required

Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
