About Us

Edwards & Sons Complete Property Maintenance Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, mature individuals to join our dynamic Horticulture Crews! If you love gardening, working outdoors, and have a background or passion for horticulture, this is the perfect position for you.

Job Responsibilities

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

Maintaining commercial and residential landscapes/gardens
Assisting with new plant installations, mulching, sodding, and seasonal planters
Using and maintaining pruning equipment, line trimmers, blowers, and push mowers

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

Prior gardening experience (commercial or residential clients is an asset)
Plant identification skills and knowledge of plant care (a strong asset)
Comfortable working with landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and push mowers
A customer-first attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team or independently
A valid “G” driver’s license and a clean driving abstract (preferred)
Candidates without a driver’s license must have access to public transit as we are located on a bus route
