WS Steel, a Tier 1 OEM fabricator with 150 employees, specializes in manufacturing both high-volume and large-scale products across a broad range of industries. We are seeking full-time Welders for our Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts.

Position Overview
We are seeking both entry-level and experienced Welders who are motivated to learn, develop their skills, and build a long-term career with WS Steel.

Duties
- Read and interpret drawings, weld symbols, and welding process specifications (training provided)
- Jig and fixture set-up for welding
- Fabricate and fit project work (without jigs/fixtures)
- Operate overhead cranes safely
- Perform routine quality checks in line with ISO standards
- Maintain work area and equipment in line with 6S principles
Qualifications
- High school graduation preferred
- Previous welding experience with SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), and/or GTAW (TIG) is an asset, but not required
- Certified welding program or CWB ticket is an asset, but not mandatory
- Ability to demonstrate welding skills during the interview is required
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is an asset

Hours of Work
40 hours per week
Monday to Thursday
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Friday to Sunday
- Weekend Shift: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Evening and Weekend shifts include a shift premium.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
