Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This role involves ensuring the efficient and safe production of food products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and manufacturing processes. The Food Production Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards and supporting continuous production operations.

Your Responsibilities

Preparing various pasta products, pastries, and granules
Preparing and working with ingredients according to recipes
Operating and monitoring ovens and processing equipment
Ensuring quality and hygiene standards
Checking raw materials and inventory levels
Assisting in the development of new products
Cleaning production and work equipment
Packaging and filling finished products

Your Profile

Completed training as a baker or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience
Manual dexterity and a passion for the art of baking
Proficiency in working with various types of dough, ingredients, and baking methods
A reliable, meticulous, and independent work ethic
A sense of responsibility and flexibility in handling a variety of tasks
Strong commitment to quality and high standards regarding the freshness, taste, and presentation of products
Enjoyment of hands-on work and a passion for high-quality baked goods
Ability to work well in a team and an open, collegial personality
Willingness to adhere to and implement all hygiene, quality, and safety standards
Solid knowledge and experience in operating technical equipment
Creativity and interest in the further development of existing products as well as in the implementation of new recipe ideas
Physical fitness and stamina for work in the production area, involving a combination of standing, walking, and heavy lifting
Customer-oriented mindset and an understanding of the importance of high-quality products
A passion for organic quality and healthy nutrition
Ability to learn and willingness to develop professionally
