Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

Location: La Broquerie

Shift: 12:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Your days will include:

Running weekly reports and validating captured data
Reviewing and validating 3rd party quotes prior to processing
Primary resource for incoming calls
Creating scheduling for fleet shop and 3rd party shop for all divisions
Coordinating daily activities for inventory stored at fleet maintenance
Working in conjunction with other departments to ensure the maintenance needs of the fleet are being met
Supporting Administrative Assistant with Fleet Maintenance work
Willingness to cross-train in administrative and fleet coordination functions to support operational coverage and team development
Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation schedule as required
Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Great Plains considered an asset
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Mechanical knowledge / understanding considered an asset
Ability to adapt and support multiple operational and administrative functions as business needs evolve
Minimum Grade 12
