Signarama Quinte is looking for a motivated, organized, and creative team member to join our growing business.
This is more than just a graphic design position. We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to build a long-term career in the signage industry.

What You'll Be Doing
- Create production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator
- Design signs, vehicle graphics, banners, decals, and other custom signage
- Meet with clients to discuss projects and provide design solutions
- Manage customer accounts from quotation through completion
- Prepare invoices and process customer payments
- Work with accounting software to maintain accurate customer records
- Assist with scheduling, project coordination, and day-to-day office operations
- Communicate with production staff to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator (required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with invoicing and basic accounting software
- Professional phone and email communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following:
- Signage or large-format print industry
- Vehicle wraps and signage design
- Account management or inside sales
- Business administration or office management
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Signarama or franchise sign shop experience (an asset, but not required)
