Title: Company Drivers, and Owner Operators – Class 1 Drivers – Flat Deck

DeckX is an over the road flatbed transportation services and solutions provider. We are a part of the “TransX Group of Companies”, who is owned by the Canadian National Railway (CN). This ownership allows us access to high volumes of freight that require specialized flat deck trained professional drivers. Together, we are elite North American transportation service provider that offers a full range of specialized logistics and transportation services that are tailored to the need of our customers, and this has helped us become the trusted and premier transportation partner

Job Description:

DeckX is growing its dynamic team and actively on the lookout for energetic Class 1 Professional Line Haul Company Drivers, and Owner Operators - CAN/US Run to join our vibrant staff at the Winnipeg Terminal, 2595 Inkster Boulevard, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Sign on Bonus available for both Company Drivers and Owner Operators!

o Expect 10,000 + miles per month,

o $.54 cents per mile

o USA mile premium of $.3 cents per mile,

o Super-B Train per mile premium of $.4 cents per mile,

o Additional paid assessorial pay for all flat services such as tarping

o Expect 10,000 + miles per month,

o $1.41 cents per mile PLUS Years of Service Premiums, and

o Excellent fuel subsidy program designed to protect Owner Operators bottom line, and receive

o Additional PAY + Additional Fuel Subsidy for Tri-Axles, also for Super-B’s,

o Additional paid assessorial pay for all flat deck services such as tarping,

o Zero cost to Owner Operators’ for licensing and insurance,

Lane Attributes:

o Regular and Dedicated business with long-standing customers,

o Access to high volumes of freight that include:

§ Railroad materials, locomotive parts, and machinery,

§ Farming equipment/machinery,

§ Building materials,

§ Over dimensional loads,

What we offer:

· Dedicated Fleet Managers will optimize your hours of work and earning potential,

· No minimum numbers of days on the road required,

· Bi-weekly direct deposit.

· Paid mileage rates, hourly rates, assessorial pays, reimbursements for approved out of pocket expenses, and other premiums.

· Extended Dental & health coverage.

· Company events, Training & Development programs, and on-site free parking.

· Owner Operators can also expect:

o Cross border licensing, other licenses, tolls, and pre-approved pocket expenses are all 100% covered, saving you an additional $8000 to $10,000 + more per year.

o TransX Fuel subsidy that is intended to safeguard and supplement your income.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience is required.

6 months of Flatdeck experience is required

· A clean commercial abstract with an excellent safety record.

· A clear criminal record search

· Ability to push, pull, lift up to 80 lbs.

· Owner Operators Tractors need to be 2018 or newer, with working DPF for emissions compliancy.
