Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and caring Babysitter to provide attentive supervision and support for children in a safe and nurturing environment. This role involves engaging children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering positive development. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children and possess the patience and creativity necessary to meet their needs.

Duties

Supervise children during designated hours, ensuring their safety at all times
Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote learning and fun
Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines and preferences
Assist with homework or educational activities as needed
Maintain a clean and organized environment in the child's space
Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's daily activities and any concerns
Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities accordingly
Administer basic first aid if necessary and follow safety protocols

Skills

Experience working with children, including infants, toddlers, or school-aged kids
Ability to work compassionately with individuals with disabilities or special needs
Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patience, empathy, and attentiveness
Ability to teach or guide children through educational or developmental activities
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents
Creativity in planning fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities
Reliable, responsible, and able to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
