Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and creative person to join our team. This position will involve answering phones, helping customers, booking jobs, creating designs, and preparing artwork for vehicle wraps, signage, decals, and commercial graphics.
The ideal candidate has experience with graphic design and understands the basics of vehicle wraps, signage, and branding for work vehicles. Experience with window tint, detailing, or the automotive industry is considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Greet customers and help with quotes, bookings, and job details
- Create and prepare graphic designs for vehicles, signs, decals, and commercial graphics
- Work with customer logos, layouts, measurements, and design ideas
- Help organize jobs and communicate details with the shop team
- Assist with basic office tasks and keeping customer information organized
- Support the team with day-to-day shop workflow
Requirements
- Experience with graphic design
- Familiarity with vehicle wraps, signage, decals, and commercial graphics
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with programs such as Flexi, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software is an asset
Bonus Experience
- Window tint knowledge
- Automotive detailing experience
- Vinyl wrap or sign shop experience
- Print production or plotter experience
- Knowledge of commercial fleet graphics
