Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative functions during weekend hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong office skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with various administrative tools. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and professionalism are valued.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer phone promptly and professionally.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using JANEapp
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including filing and document organization
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
Direct billing clients insurance information

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Experience with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks in an office setting
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document management
Previous experience in administrative roles such as front desk or medical/dental office preferred
Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
