Physiotherapist – Full-Time Contract New Clinic Opening October 13th in Spruce Grove

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new multidisciplinary clinic in Spruce Grove on October 13th, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our founding team.

Location: Evolution Physiotherapy 101 Jennifer Heil Way, Unit 416 Spruce Grove, AB T7X 4B8 Canada

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a clinic that is expanding in the Spruce Grove area, while also allowing you to build your own patient base in a supportive, thriving community. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, utilizing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques to improve patients’ mobility, function, and quality of life. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives through personalized rehabilitation and holistic treatment approaches.

What You Can Expect:

Competitive percentage-based compensation
Consistent patient flow from clinic opening
Full administrative support, including billing, scheduling, and patient coordination

Integration with chiropractors, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical evaluations
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on pain relief, mobility improvement, and functional restoration
Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities
Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques, evidence-based practices, and industry advancements

What We’re Looking For:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
Strong understanding of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
Expertise in pain management, manual therapy, and exercise prescription
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate, motivate, and build trust with patients
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Passion for continuous learning and professional development in physiotherapy
