With locations in Palmerston and Stratford Ontario, we are a Tier1 supplier of injection molded interior/exterior parts & assemblies to Toyota and Honda. Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Compensation and Benefits

Starting wages of $20.55/hr
Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

We offer a very extensive benefit program:

Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)
Benefits start from Day 1 – 90% Medical, 80% Dental, Variety of Paramedical Coverage ($500/service)
Uniforms are Provided + Yearly Allowance + Yearly Safety Boot Allowance

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and clean environment
Produce Quality products
Meet hourly production quotas
Document daily production
Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test

You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
