Care Coordinator/ Office Admin
Location: Stratford, ON

Do you Adapt Well to Change & Have a Positive Attitude? Home Instead® is looking for a steady compassionate individual to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging seniors and their families.

What you will be doing :

Care Coordinator's role connects our caregivers/PSW team with our Senior clients and their families. Candidate with a positive attitude, problem solver and a professional demeanor is highly desirable.

Wages: $20.00- $22.00/ Hour

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate clients home support services and Schedules
Attend client inquiries in a knowledgeable and professional manner
Support all aspects of Service operations of a small business (e.g., scheduling, client correspondence, Hiring of CareGiver staff)
Enter and maintain accurate Client and Caregiver records in the software system
Own exceptional client service and promptly resolve issues
Support with community outreach and business development activities to gain new clients
Perform financial tasks like entering contracts in our system, working with clients to establish payment arrangements and bookkeeping

About you:

Passion for seniors, home care and delivery of quality service
Detail-oriented and able to work all aspects of a small business operation
Exceptional interpersonal and problem solver skills
Have strong business acumen who is passionate about delivering positive customer experiences
Enjoy problem-solving and thrive in a busy environment
Possess a strong aptitude for change management

What you bring – qualifications:

A BSW Bachelor’s degree ideally or college degree in business
Three or more years of experience in a healthcare or service environment, sales or small business experience is highly desirable
Previous formal leadership experience and enjoy coaching and mentoring others
Who thrives in a small business environment

The job will be located at our office in Stratford, ON.
