Dental Office Manager – Join Our Team at RIVER DENTAL!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations in a busy, patient-focused dental practice. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, solutions-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinic operations and team performance
Support and coach administrative and clinical staff
Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and workflow efficiency
Monitor office production, collections, and KPIs
Handle patient concerns and ensure excellent customer service
Support HR functions including onboarding, training, and team development
Maintain compliance with office policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements with the help of the Clinical Manager
Coordinate with dentists and leadership to support practice growth and operational goals

Qualifications

Previous dental office management experience preferred, and or clinical experience.
Strong knowledge of dental practice management software (Tracker experience considered an asset)
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Understanding of dental insurance, government programs, and treatment coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positivity

SCHEDULE:

35-40 hrs a week.
No evening hours.
The office is open 1 Saturda per month for half a day.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Dental Experience is required
2X year of experience is required in dental office management or dental administration
Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
