Responsibilities:

Engage Prospective clients to generate more growth opportunity.
Coordinate inbound or outbound leads
Professionally represent our brand when dealing with assigned accounts.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure proper sales process execution
Help gain competitive market intelligence
Support the Customer Survey process as required

Required Skills

If you Enjoy Sales this could be a huge opportunity for you!

Enjoy meeting and speaking with people
Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly explain insurance products, ask the correct questions to understand needs, and book appointments.
Polished interpersonal skills to create client rapport and trusting relationships.
Attention to detail to ensure paperwork is not a barrier to sales.
Proficiency in typing and using Microsoft Office products – Word, Outlook & Excel.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Licensee:

Level 1 or 2 General Insurance Required within 3 months if hire.
Sales background is an asset
Existing book of business is an asset
Commercial experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,683.07-$300,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Bonus pay
Commission pay

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
