Job Summary
Sunview Custom Homes and affiliated companies is looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator & Show Home Host to join our growing team.
This role combines digital marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation. You will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, hosting our show homes, and helping showcase the Sunview brand across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is confident on camera, enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for marketing, social media, and real estate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes marketing and front-facing customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities - Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
- Create and publish engaging daily content including photos, videos, stories, reels, and promotional posts for all social media channels
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for social media videos, home tours, promotional content, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate, schedule, and monitor social media content through Leadnerds to ensure all posts publish correctly
- Verify all social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns are active and performing effectively
- Assist with Facebook advertising, Google advertising, email marketing campaigns, and lead generation initiatives
- Optimize website and online presence using SEO best practices and Google Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities
- Coordinate promotional materials, marketing collateral, and online listings
- Support e-commerce and online customer engagement initiatives
- Assist with planning and executing community events, grand openings, promotions, and special campaigns
Show Home & Customer Experience
- Host Sunview Custom Homes show homes and create an exceptional first impression for every visitor
- Welcome prospective buyers, answer questions, and provide detailed information about available homes and communities
- Ensure show homes remain clean, organized, and professionally presented
- Prepare and schedule weekend Show Home Hours posts while coordinating with the marketing calendar
- Gather visitor feedback and communicate customer insights to the sales and marketing teams
- Represent the Sunview and affiliated companies brand professionally both in person and online
Administration & Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners to support company initiatives and generate new ideas
- Manage marketing budgets and assist with tracking campaign expenses
- Monitor and respond to communications through Slack, WhatsApp, email, and other internal platforms
- Maintain marketing documentation, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and digital assets
- Review calendars, reminders, and project management systems to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate multiple projects while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Assist with additional marketing and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera for social media content and promotional videos
- Creative with strong photography, video, and content creation skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning new software and marketing tools
- Passionate about customer service and creating outstanding client experiences
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Knowledge of Leadnerds or other social media scheduling platforms is an asset
- Previous experience in real estate, home building, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service is considered an asset
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between Sunview show homes and office locations as required
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule
- Comfortable appearing on camera for marketing and promotional content
