Full job description

Now Hiring: Accounting Clerk – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

Join our growing team at Savage Ford in Sturgeon Falls! We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support our accounting department with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable invoices and prepare payments
Prepare and post customer payments and deposits
Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
Monitor overdue accounts and assist with collections
Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems
Assist with month-end procedures and account reconciliations
Work closely with the sales, service, and parts departments
Provide administrative support to the accounting team

Qualifications

Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
Dealership accounting experience is an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
