Office Administrator – BCMI Management

Location: Summerland, BC

We are a growing hotel management company overseeing multiple properties with a focus on exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and strong financial stewardship.

About the Role

We are looking for a high‑performing Office Administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings a diverse skillset across multiple fields. If you are organized, tech‑savvy, people‑focused, and able to juggle a wide range of responsibilities with confidence — this role is for you.

Position Overview

The Office Administrator supports both our corporate office and hotel operations teams, with a strong emphasis on financial administration. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working in Sage Intacct, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism. This role involves monthly accounts payable processing, vendor communication, and maintaining organized financial records.

Accounting Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing, and processing invoices and expense reports in Sage Intacct
Assist with month-end tasks such as reconciliations and reporting
Monitor AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries promptly

Project Coordinator

Main point of contact for projects in the company, communicating between Head Office and Hotel Sites to ensure timelines and expectations are met
Bring creativity to the table!

General Office Administrator

Provide administrative support to leadership and hotel managers including assisting with digital audits
Assist with document preparation, and internal communications
Help maintain an efficient, organized, and professional office environment

Qualifications

Preference given to candidates with Sage Intacct experience
1–3 years of administrative or accounting support experience (hospitality experience is an asset)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
