Full job description

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the completion of construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.

```Responsibilities:```
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Perform installation of heat pumps and other HVAC systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in related field is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment
