Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site/Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our Self Storage facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and some maintenance activities, ensuring cleanliness standards, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on experience with facilities maintenance and custodial tasks. The Site Manager will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment to support our company's operational goals.

Responsibilities

have computer skills, use excel, know accounts receivable
Sage 50 knowledge
run the day to day operations of two Self Storage facility that are beside each other
Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance activities, including cleaning and preventive upkeep
Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth operations
Prioritize tasks using effective time management strategies to meet deadlines and operational demands
Excellent communication skills with customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management
Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
