Full job description

We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant! This individual must be a great communicator, have strong organizational skills, and carry the ability to multi-task, shifting priorities as needed. The Administrative Assistant will manage pass programs, manage the front desk reception, and be a welcoming face when people arrive to the building. The ideal candidate has both customer service experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office programs. If this sounds like the role for you, apply today!

Compensation Information: $20.64 per hour

Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Skills you bring with you:

Experience in administrative or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling reception and switchboard
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Ability to provide support across departments and adapt to shifting priorities

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage switchboard and reception, welcoming visitors
Process hotel bookings for non-executive staff and contractors
Manage the Volunteer Pass Program
Manage the office supplies for Burfield Administration
Manage Mountain pass program
Support the Purchasing team and Supervisor, Operations Administration as needed
Provide administrative support to staff in the Burfield Administration building
Provide coverage during Supervisor's sick leave and vacation
