Full job description

Class 1 Truck Driver – Part-Time / On-Call

Location: Surrey, BC
Position Type: Part-Time / On-Call
Hours: 18–24 hours per week, with additional on-call opportunities

We are currently hiring Part-Time / On-Call Class 1 Drivers to support our growing operational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers seeking flexible schedules and consistent work.

Pay

$27.75–$33.00/hour (progressive pay starting at $27.75/hour)
$1.50/hour evening shift premium
$0.50/hour weekend premium

Available Schedules

Thursday to Saturday – 1:00 PM start
Thursday to Saturday – 3:00 PM start

Responsibilities

Perform safe dock-to-dock deliveries
Back trailers confidently and safely at customer locations
Perform shunting duties when required
Follow all safety policies and road regulations
Maintain professional communication with dispatch and operations teams

Qualifications

Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
Clean driver's abstract
Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
Strong English communication skills

Additional on-call work may be available based on operational requirements.

Rémunération : 27,75$ à 33,00$ par heure
