30 Minute Hit is a fast paced, action packed boxing/kickboxing & self defence based circuit style workout designed just for women. As a company we pride ourselves on the quality of instruction we provide to our clients, and on our ability to foster a motivating, fun, and inclusive community of women. Our goal is to provide an unparalleled experience and to show each and every one of our members how amazing they truly are.

If you are a person who likes to be challenged, and you want to be a part of a growing business that is making a difference in the community, then we are looking for you! We're looking to add to our already amazing team, for 2-4 shifts per week (10-15hr weekly.) We are looking to fill both morning (8am-noon) and afternoon (3:30pm-7:30pm) shifts and at least 1 Saturday per month (8am-noon)

Exciting opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic, active individual who would like to be part of a dynamic team and inspire others. Must have a passion for fitness.

What you will do :

Consult and understand members' needs and goals, and help them through the registration process- making sales;
Support and motivate members while maintaining a positive and empowering environment;
Passionately teach and demonstrate boxing, kickboxing, and self-defence techniques;
Keep members engaged & satisfied, while putting the members' needs first.
Embody the 30 Minute Hit mission to Hustle, Inspire, and Trust
Additional tasks such as phone/email follow up, updating client information, cleaning & restocking, etc. as needed.

Requirements:

Must be willing and eager to physically train and continuously improve personal skillset
Sales experience welcome
No training experience needed - we'll teach the right candidate all they need!
Position is physical as requires the ability to perform & demonstrate various technical skills as well as be on your feet for duration of shift walking, teaching, running, bending, lifting or moving equipment, & twisting.
