As a Resident Personal Trainer, you’ll be the heartbeat of the club, building genuine connections, inspiring confidence, and helping members reach their goals one workout at a time.

What You’ll Do

Be a visible, friendly presence on the gym floor—helping members feel confident and supported
Conduct complimentary fitness consultations and program introductions
Deliver fun, safe, and effective one-on-one and small-group training sessions
Educate members on form, technique, and long-term fitness habits
Build lasting relationships that encourage members to stay consistent and engaged
Promote and sell PT programs in a genuine, consultative way

What You Bring

Certified Personal Trainer (recognized Canadian certification required)
CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Outgoing, approachable personality—comfortable starting conversations and building rapport
Motivated by helping others succeed (and by achieving your own goals, too!)
At least 1 year of personal training experience preferred
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
