Full job description

Job Responsibilities (Focus on Pre-sales & After-sales Consultation, Complaint Handling, Order Processing, and User Information Management)

1. Consultation & Connection: Efficiently undertake customer consultations, after-sales needs and complaint handling through multiple channels such as phone calls, emails, and online chats. Ensure that customer demands are clearly understood, accurately recorded, and resolved in a timely manner.

2. Complaint Handling: Be responsible for answering customer complaint calls and handling complaints from other channels. Listen to customer demands patiently, accurately record complaint details (including issues, demands, contact information, etc.), quickly investigate the root causes of problems, propose reasonable solutions, follow up on the handling progress to ensure closed-loop resolution, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Order Processing: Be responsible for receiving, verifying, entering and dispatching orders from the official website. Accurately coordinate with the warehousing and logistics teams, track the entire order fulfillment process, and timely feedback order status (such as shipment, delivery, abnormalities, etc.) to customers to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

4. Customer Information Management: Be responsible for the systematic registration, maintenance and update of customer information. Conduct customer follow-ups, NPS surveys and other related work as required, collect customer feedback, sort it into effective information and synchronize it to relevant departments to provide support for product optimization and service upgrading.

5. File Management: Sort out and file relevant materials of customers (including customer information, order records, after-sales documents, complaint handling results, etc.), ensure data accuracy and completeness, and comply with the company's data management specifications and relevant local privacy requirements in Canada.

6. Team Collaboration: Cooperate with the team to achieve relevant KPI indicators for customer service, assist the supervisor in conducting service training, process optimization and other work, link with warehousing, logistics, sales and other departments to improve cross-departmental collaboration efficiency and ensure that the quality of customer service in the Canadian region meets the standards.

7. Others: Be familiar with local customer service habits, consumption preferences and relevant service specifications in Canada, proactively avoid service risks, and maintain the company's brand reputation in the Canadian market.

Job Requirements

I. Basic Requirements

1. Nationality/Residence: Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid Canadian work visa, able to work in Canada for a long term.

2. Language Ability: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to proficiently answer complaint calls, handle English consultations and written communication; proficiency in Chinese is preferred (to facilitate communication with the headquarters in China).

3. Work Experience: 1-3 years of customer service-related work experience; experience in order processing, after-sales coordination and complaint handling is preferred; experience in customer service in the home appliance/retail industry is a plus.

II. Professional Capabilities

1. Possess good telephone communication skills and emotional management ability, able to handle customer complaints and negative emotions patiently and professionally, and solve customer problems efficiently.

2. Familiar with order processing and after-sales coordination processes, able to quickly complete order assignment and progress tracking, and proficiently handle after-sales matters such as returns and exchanges.

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook), able to proficiently enter and sort out customer and order-related data.

4. Possess strong problem investigation and solving abilities, able to quickly locate problems when facing customer demands, coordinate resources to promote solutions, and have basic emergency handling capabilities.

III. Quality Requirements

1. Strong sense of service, responsibility and empathy, enthusiastic and patient with customers, and focus on customer experience.

2. Excellent execution ability, able to complete order assignment, complaint handling, after-sales follow-up and other work on time, pay attention to details, and avoid work mistakes.

3. Good team collaboration ability, able to take the initiative to cooperate with relevant departments to carry out work, communicate smoothly, and actively feedback problems encountered in work.

4. Strong ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to a certain work rhythm and properly handle multi-task work (e.g., answering calls, processing orders, and following up after-sales at the same time).
