Job Title: Part-Time Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

About HATE ME

HATE ME is a Canadian premium streetwear brand built for the misunderstood. We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help grow our online presence, manage paid advertising, and connect our brand with the right audience.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Instagram and Facebook.
Monitor ad budgets, website traffic, conversions, cost per result, and return on ad spend.
Manage HATE ME’s Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.
Plan and schedule posts, Reels, Stories, and promotional campaigns.
Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and sales.
Coordinate influencer and content-creator collaborations.
Communicate with creators regarding deliverables, posting schedules, discount codes, and content approvals.
Write captions, advertisements, and promotional content that match the HATE ME brand identity.
Review social-media and advertising analytics and prepare simple performance reports.
Research current fashion, streetwear, social-media, and content trends.
Assist with product launches, promotions, and email-marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Previous experience with Meta Ads Manager and social-media marketing is preferred.
Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current content trends.
Basic knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign budgeting, and performance analysis.
Strong written communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset and an interest in fashion or streetwear.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience with Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo, email marketing, or influencer marketing is an asset.
