Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Financial Associate who is eager to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career in insurance and financial planning.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate, early-career professional, or someone transitioning into the financial services industry who values mentorship and hands-on learning.

You will work directly alongside an experienced advisor and receive ongoing mentorship in:

Financial planning
Wealth management
Client relationship management
Practice development
Business development
Professional licensing and career advancement

We are looking for someone who is coachable, proactive, and excited to grow into a future advisory role.

Responsibilities

Support client onboarding and account administration
Prepare meeting materials and financial planning documents
Maintain CRM records and client follow-up activities
Coordinate client meetings and annual reviews
Assist with investment and insurance paperwork
Participate in client meetings and planning discussions
Conduct research and prepare client presentations
Support client communication and service requests
Assist with business development and referral initiatives

Qualifications Preferred

Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable learning new technology and systems
Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude

Nice to Have

LLQP license
Previous customer service, banking, sales, or administrative experience
Experience with CRM systems

Compensation & Growth Base Compensation

$26/ hr
20–25 hours per week
Performance and Referral Bonus

No direct advisory experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
