We’re Hiring – Leadership Role in Our Drop-In Daycare
Little Beans Play Cafe is looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative leader to join our childcare team.
We are searching for someone who:• Loves working with children• Is passionate about early childhood education• Enjoys planning engaging Reggio-inspired and preschool-style activities• Can take initiative and help lead our daycare program• Is reliable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment• Is available throughout the summer to help run our Summer Daycare Program
Position Details:• 25–35 hours per week• Leadership role within our drop-in daycare• Opportunity to bring creativity and new ideas into the program daily• Must be comfortable planning hands-on sensory, art, and learning-based activities
Requirements:• Minimum 2 years experience working with children• Valid Responsible Adult Certificate• Valid Emergency First Aid – Community Care Certificate• Strong communication and leadership skills• Experience in a childcare or preschool setting preferred
