Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Receptionist at our busy car wash facility! In this energetic role, you’ll be the friendly face greeting customers, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they arrive and provide information about our car wash services
Manage customer check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
Assist with scheduling appointments and guiding customers through service options
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area, including tidying up and sanitizing surfaces regularly
Handle cash register transactions accurately and process payments securely
Ensure all safety and cleanliness protocols are followed consistently throughout the facility

Requirements

Promote and sell car wash services and membership packages
Handle phone calls and online inquiries
Assist with daily store operations and administrative tasks
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an asset
Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
Basic knowledge of automotive brands and vehicles
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable attitude
Previous experience in car wash operations, detailing, or custodial work is preferred
Ability to perform light cleaning duties and maintain a tidy workspace
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for occasional vehicle movement or errands
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
