Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Building Supply Manager to lead our organization towards continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of business operations, and the ability to foster a positive company culture. This role involves overseeing daily operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. Building Supply Manager will serve as the key decision-maker, responsible for driving performance, managing teams, and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives to promote growth and operational efficiency.
Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Lead, motivate, and manage senior managers and department heads to achieve performance targets.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Drive initiatives for process improvements and operational excellence.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community engagements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior management or executive leadership role within a relevant industry.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership qualities with demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
