Full job description

Based in Cape Breton, NS, CBAM Property Management provides day-to-day management services for a variety of residential and commercial properties across the region. As a local business, we focus on offering practical, reliable, and community-oriented services to support both property owners and tenants.

Position Description:

Position: Marketing Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Wage: CAD $20.38 per hour
Work Location: Sydney, NS

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Create and update marketing materials, website and social media content.
Assist with market research and analyze campaign performance.
Coordinate promotional events and community outreach activities.
Maintain the company's brand identity across marketing channels.
Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies.
Track marketing budgets, invoices, and campaign reports.

Basic Qualifications:

Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media and digital marketing is an asset.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
