Full job description

Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit an organized and dependable Site Administrator to support daily administrative operations at a busy worksite. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support across multiple departments.

Compensation & Hours:

The rate of pay will be $25/hr
Full-time, temporary position (up to 6 months)
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary:

Provide administrative support to multiple departments across the site
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
Organize, file, and manage both digital and paper documentation
Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact at the front office
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
Assist with document preparation, reports, and general correspondence
Coordinate office supplies and support day-to-day administrative operations
Assist with additional administrative projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or reception role
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently

Bonus Points For:

Experience supporting multiple departments in an industrial, manufacturing, or operations environment
Familiarity with document management or ERP systems
Experience with records management or office coordination
