The Role & Relationships:
Our Paid Media Specialists report into the Ads/Account Management team and own day-to-day media buying, optimization, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads for a dedicated portion of our client book. You'll work closely with your fellow Paid Media Specialist and cross-train so client coverage never has a single point of failure, and with Account Managers to keep clients in the loop on performance.
Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Manage day-to-day media buying, optimization, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Own a dedicated portion of our client book, spanning both hands-on growth accounts and lighter-touch maintenance accounts.
- Report performance and recommendations to account managers and clients directly.
Collaboration & Coverage
- Cross-train with your fellow Paid Media Specialist so client coverage never has a single point of failure.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the Creative Team to keep campaigns aligned with each client's broader strategy.
Growth & Innovation
- Stay up to date with platform updates, ad policy changes, and emerging paid social trends to keep client accounts ahead of the curve.
- Identify upsell and scale opportunities within your accounts as results come in.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads — real account management, not just certifications.
- Background working with e-commerce or B2C consumer brands specifically.
- Ability to identify performance trends and opportunities
- Strategizing new creative opportunities for each client
- Self-directed and results-driven — we care about outcomes, not hours logged.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable reporting directly to clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Available 20 hrs/week to start, with room to grow to 30 hrs/week; no exclusivity required.
The Compensation & Perks
- Hourly: $32-$36 CAD/hour, starting at 20 hrs/week
- Part-time, with a clear path to full-time as the department grows
