Full job description

Help Shape the Future of a Growing Transportation Company

Dulai Trucklines is an asset-based transportation company specializing in cross-border freight throughout Canada and the United States. With a strong operational foundation and ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our direct customer base and are looking for an experienced transportation professional to help lead that growth.

We're seeking someone who brings more than sales experience. We want an individual with industry knowledge, a strong professional network, and the ability to build lasting relationships with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, logistics providers, and other transportation decision-makers.

Whether your background is in business development, logistics, transportation, or supply chain, if you have the relationships and experience to help grow a transportation company, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities

Develop and secure new direct customer relationships.
Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities throughout North America.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Meet with prospective customers and represent Dulai Trucklines professionally.
Assist with pricing strategies, proposals, contract negotiations, and RFP responses.
Work closely with company leadership to develop and execute long-term growth initiatives.
Represent the company at customer meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or business development.
Demonstrated success in developing new business and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Established network within the transportation, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or industrial sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
Experience with cross-border Canada–U.S. transportation is considered a strong asset.

Compensation
