Joignez-vous à une équipe en croissance où vous jouerez un rôle central dans la coordination des activités de transport, de réception, d'expédition et de gestion des retours. En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) logistique et transport, vous assurerez la fluidité des mouvements de marchandises à travers le site manufacturier et les partenaires externes. Vous agirez comme principal point de contact pour les demandes de transport et collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de production, d'expédition, d'approvisionnement et de santé, sécurité et environnement. Votre contribution favorisera la continuité des opérations, la réduction des erreurs logistiques et l'amélioration des processus dans un environnement manufacturier dynamique. Ce rôle vous permettra d'avoir un impact concret sur la performance des opérations tout en participant à l'amélioration continue des pratiques logistiques et de sécurité.
Comment vous aurez un impact
Coordonner l'ensemble des demandes de transport provenant des différents départements et agir comme principal point de contact.
Planifier les réceptions, expéditions, retours fournisseurs et envois de petits colis afin d'assurer le respect des priorités opérationnelles.
Assigner les modes de transport appropriés selon les besoins logistiques et les délais requis.
Suivre les livraisons et résoudre rapidement les problématiques liées au transport et à la réception des marchandises.
Collaborer quotidiennement avec les équipes internes afin d'assurer la fluidité des opérations et de réduire les erreurs logistiques.
Coordonner les mouvements de camions, les activités de navettage et les flux entre les installations internes et externes.
Préparer, vérifier et maintenir la conformité de la documentation d'expédition et de transport.
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus logistiques en identifiant les causes d'écarts et en proposant des solutions durables.
Veiller au respect des réglementations, procédures et directives internes et externes applicables.
Votre Profil
Doit déjà posséder l’autorisation de travail permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Énergie au Canada.
Expérience en logistique, transport ou expédition; une expérience de 2 à 5 ans constitue un atout.
Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier considérée comme un atout.
Excellente capacité d'organisation, de coordination et de gestion des priorités.
Aptitude à communiquer efficacement avec diverses parties prenantes internes et externes.
Approche autonome, proactive et orientée vers la résolution de problèmes.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à soutenir plusieurs opérations simultanément.

The Opportunity
Join a growing team where you will play a key role in coordinating transportation, receiving, shipping, and return activities. As a Logistics and Transportation Coordinator, you will help ensure the smooth flow of materials and products between internal operations and external partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for transportation requests and collaborate closely with production, shipping, procurement, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) teams. Your work will contribute to operational efficiency, reduce logistics errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. How You'll Make an Impact
Coordinate transportation requests across multiple departments and serve as the primary point of contact for logistics-related activities.
Plan and manage inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, supplier returns, and small parcel transportation.
Select the appropriate transportation methods based on operational requirements and delivery timelines.
Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transportation and delivery issues, including lost or delayed freight.
Collaborate with production, shipping, and HSE teams to support real-time operations and reduce logistics errors.
Coordinate truck movements, yard activities, and shunting operations, including support for off-site warehouse logistics.
Prepare, validate, and maintain transportation and shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with carrier requirements.
Support waste management, return processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance and communication.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or shipping; 2 to 5 years of experience is considered an asset.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
