Le programme de réparation de carrosserie de Tesla recherche un estimateur en dommage automobile pour travailler sur l’une des marques de véhicules les plus novatrices au monde. Cette position implique de soutenir le programme de réparation de carrosserie à tous égards. The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Estimator to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Body Repair Program in all aspects. If you are interested in becoming a part of a world class service team supporting the latest EV technology, we are interested in hearing from you.

What You'll Do

Créer des estimations de réparations pour les véhicules Tesla Model S, Model X et Model 3 endommagés lors d’une collision qui arrivent au service de réparation (estimation technique, aucune estimation de vente)
Établir des plans de réparation conformément aux procédures de réparation spécifiques à Tesla
Gérer les techniciens chargés du démontage direct sur la vitesse et l’étendue du démontage pour exposer tous les dommages au départ
Communiquer avec la compagnie d’assurance pour déposer une réclamation et établir la facture
Diriger les techniciens de collision pour qu'ils effectuent des tentatives de réparation lorsque l'option Réparer ou Remplacer n'est pas claire
Communiquer avec le client et le mettre à jour sur les avancements
Fermeture de la facture et livraison du véhicule

Create repair estimates for collision damaged Tesla Model S, Model X, Model Y, and Model 3 vehicles that arrive for repair (Technical estimating, no sales estimating)
Build repair plans in accordance with Tesla specific repair procedures
Direct disassembly technicians as to the pace and scope of disassembly to expose all damages up front
Communicate with insurance company to submit claim and billing
Direct Collision Technicians to perform repair attempts where Repair VS Replace is not clear
Update customer on vehicle progress
Close billing and delivery of vehicle

What You'll Bring

Le candidat retenu pour le poste devra soutenir des projets dans toutes les provinces canadiennes et communiquer quotidiennement principalement en anglais avec le personnel et les clients hors du Québec
5 années d’expérience et plus en estimation de dommages dus à des collisions
Connaissance des procédures et exigences en matière d’assurance
Maîtrise des ordinateurs et des logiciels Audatex ou Mitchell Estimating
Connaissances et expérience dans le domaine de l'automobile ; volonté de bénéficier d'une formation polyvalente dans des fonctions de gestion évolutives, le cas échéant.
Excellente compétence en communication et en service à la clientèle
Permis de conduire de classe 5, G ou G2 valide au Canada

The successful candidate will be required to support projects in all Canadian provinces and communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec
5+ years of automotive collision damage estimating experience
Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
Proficient with Computers, as well as Audatex, or Mitchell Estimating Software
Automotive knowledge/background; willingness to be cross trained in career advancing management roles as needed
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada
