Description : ILSC Education Group est heureux de lancer le Programme Junior 2026 ! Nous prévoyons accueillir environ 150 étudiants internationaux enthousiastes âgés de 13 à 18 ans, provenant des quatre coins du monde, notamment du Brésil, du Mexique, de la France, de l’Espagne, du Japon et de plusieurs autres pays. Le programme se déroulera du 29 juin au 7 août 2026.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’enseignant(e)s d’anglais langue seconde dynamiques et énergiques pour enseigner l’anglais dans nos cours quotidiens. Le programme a lieu du lundi au vendredi, de 14 h 30 à 17 h 15. La période la plus achalandée du programme s’étend du 13 au 31 juillet; les candidats retenus doivent être disponibles durant ces semaines.
Responsabilités:
Les responsabilités de ce poste comprennent notamment :
- Préparer et dispenser des cours en utilisant divers matériels pédagogiques et technologies, selon les besoins.
- Créer un environnement favorisant l’expression personnelle, l’autoréflexion, la coopération et le leadership pour tous les étudiants.
- Tenir à jour des dossiers de classe exacts et complets.
- Saisir quotidiennement les présences dans une base de données informatisée.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe académique dans le cadre de l’observation et de l’évaluation des cours.
- Participer à l’accueil, à l’orientation et aux tests de classement des étudiants lors de leur premier cours.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe assignée.
Qualifications, compétences et qualités essentielles :

Baccalauréat et certificat TESL reconnu, ou baccalauréat en éducation avec expérience de l’enseignement auprès d’étudiants internationaux.
- Expérience de l’enseignement et du travail auprès d’enfants et/ou d’adolescents.
- Excellentes compétences en communication.
- La préférence sera accordée aux candidats détenant un certificat TESL.
Autres conditions d’emploi :
- Ce poste exige l’adhésion au syndicat.
- Une preuve d’identité et des qualifications sera requise.
- La réussite d’une vérification des antécédents judiciaires est une condition d’emploi pour travailler auprès des jeunes.

Role: ESL Instructor

Description:
ILSC Education Group is excited to launch the 2026 Junior Program! We are expecting around 150 enthusiastic international students for our youth group (13-18 years old) from all the corners of the world including Brazil, Mexico, France, Spain, Japan, among others. The program is from June 29th – August 7, 2026.
We are looking for dynamic and energetic ESL instructors to teach English in our daily courses. The program runs Monday – Friday from 2:30p to 5:15 pm. The busiest period of the program begins July 13 until July 31, and successful candidates must be available for those weeks.
Job Duties:
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Prepares and teaches lessons utilizing various materials and technologies as required.
- Creating an atmosphere that encourages all students equally in self-expression, self-reflection, cooperation, and leadership.
- Maintains current and accurate class records.
- Enters attendance records into computerized database daily.
- Cooperate with the Academic team in the observation and evaluation of lessons.
- Assist with the welcome, induction and testing of students on their first class.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree and approved TESL Certificate or Bachelor Education with experience of teaching international students.
- Experience teaching and working with children and/or teenagers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preference given to teachers with TESL Certificates.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- This position requires union membership.
- Proof of identity and qualifications will be required.
- Completion of a Criminal Record Check is a requirement of employment to work with youth.
