Percentage of work: 20% until the retrun of the incumbent and no later than June 28,2027 (can be combinned to 13172)

THE POSITION

The teacher passionately facilitates enriching educational activities for students and actively participates in the animation of school life, bringing warmth and dynamism to the associated pedagogical activities.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and provide courses as well as educational and early-learning activities, while tailoring teaching to individual needs.
Encourage an engaging and secure learning environment.
Monitor and adjust the pedagogical approach based on assessment of student progress.
Keep parents regularly informed of their children's progress and challenges.
Contribute to the animation of school life and extra-curricular activities.
Collaborate with school staff to provide personalized support to students.
Coordinate extra-curricular activities and work placements to enrich learning.
Provide mentoring and targeted academic support.
Supervise all students under his/her responsibility, ensuring their safety.
Communicate results and student progress to principals and parents in accordance with protocols.
Manage absences/delays and participate in pedagogical meetings for professional development.
Perform various pedagogical responsibilities to enhance the educational experience.

LE POSTE

L'enseignant(e) anime avec passion des activités éducatives enrichissantes pour les élèves et s'implique activement dans l'animation de la vie scolaire, apportant chaleur et dynamisme aux activités pédagogiques associées.

LES RESPONSABILITÉS

Développer et dispenser des cours ainsi que des activités éducatives et d'éveil, tout en adaptant l'enseignement aux besoins individuels.
Encourager un cadre d'apprentissage engageant et sécurisé.
Suivre et ajuster l'approche pédagogique basée sur l'évaluation des progrès des élèves.
Informer régulièrement les parents des avancées et défis de leurs enfants.
Contribuer à l'animation de la vie scolaire et des activités parascolaires.
Collaborer avec le personnel scolaire pour fournir un soutien personnalisé aux élèves.
Coordonner les activités extrascolaires et les stages professionnels pour enrichir l'apprentissage.
Assurer un rôle de mentor et offrir un soutien académique ciblé.
Surveiller tous les élèves sous sa responsabilité, assurant leur sécurité.
Communiquer les résultats et l'évolution des élèves aux directions et parents conformément aux protocoles.
Gérer les absences/retards et participer aux réunions pédagogiques pour le développement professionnel.
Effectuer diverses responsabilités pédagogiques pour améliorer l'expérience éducative.
