Cashier/Customer Service Associate – Thompson Branch

Build your future with a company that's building! We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in a full-time position, scheduled for up to 40 hours a week, including Saturdays at our Thompson Branch.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Point-of-Sale Operations: Accurately and efficiently handle all sales transactions, including cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Administrative Support: Assist with various general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
Paint Department Assistance: Support the paint department, potentially including mixing paints and advising customers on paint products.
Merchandising & Restocking: Assist with merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and attractively presented.
Phone Inquiries: Professionally answer phone calls, addressing customer questions and directing inquiries as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

Customer-Focused Attitude: A genuinely friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality is essential.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Retail Experience: Prior experience in a retail environment is a definite asset.
Organizational Prowess: Must be highly organized with good attention to detail.
Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Flexible Availability: Must be available to work a range of shifts, working up to 20 hours per week, including Saturdays.
