Salary Range: CA$77,761.48 - CA$91,258.33 annually
Plus: HOOPP (Pension Plan), $1,000 annual training funding, Benefits, Vacation, Personal Leave Days
Program Area: Finance / Admin
Employment Status: Full Time - Permanent
Full time Hour: 37.5 per week

Quest Community Health Centre (Quest CHC) is a dynamic non-profit, interdisciplinary health care organization providing holistic primary health care, health promotion, and community services throughout Niagara. Our client-centred approach addresses social determinants of health and works to reduce barriers to quality car

The Finance & Corporate Reporting Lead oversees Quest CHC’s financial operations, including accounting, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. The role supports the Executive Director, Management Team, and Board of Directors with financial planning, funder reporting, grant development, audits, forecasting, and financial analysis. The position requires strong full-cycle accounting experience, attention to detail, sound judgment, and preferably experience in a non-profit or provincially funded organization.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

Experience working with volunteer Boards of Directors and Finance Committees of the Board.
Experience in Not-For-Profit provincially funded organizations.
Experience in grant preparations including Canada Summer Jobs.
Several years’ experience in a senior finance, accounting or financial administration role, preferably within a not-for-profit environment
Financial Designation would be an asset;
Full cycle accounting experience;
In depth understanding of accounting principles for non-profit organizations;
Previous financial accounting software experience; CCIM (Great Plains) preferred
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and General Ledger working knowledge and experience;
Demonstrated payroll analysis experience;
