About the Role

As an Accounting Clerk, you’re not just handling transactions—you’re building relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Process Past Due & Current Payments: Accurately handle and record payments while following up with customers on outstanding balances.
Invoice Accuracy: Ensure all invoices contain correct details, including labor, parts, warranties, and charges.
Customer Service: Answer calls and emails, addressing payment inquiries and account concerns with professionalism.
Administrative Support: Assist in various accounting tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, , Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Lightspeed Retail.
Strong data entry, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute.
This position is located in Thorsby, AB (approximately one hour southwest of Edmonton) and will require reliable transportation.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (some flexibility may be considered).
