Job Summary

Performance Managers are responsible for driving the growth, revenue, and overall performance of Anytime Fitness clubs in Tillsonburg and Ingersoll.

This role combines leadership, sales, coaching, and operational excellence. As the Performance Manager, you are accountable for the success of both clubs by developing, coaching, and supporting managers across the clubs while also serving as an Acting Club Sales Manager within the clubs. You will lead by example selling memberships, building relationships with members, maintaining exceptional club standards, and helping managers across the clubs consistently achieve and exceed their goals.

Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will act as their right hand by identifying opportunities, solving problems proactively, implementing initiatives, and ensuring the Tillsonburg-Ingersoll clubs continue to grow.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys developing people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership without being asked, and is motivated by achieving measurable business results.

Experience within the fitness industry is encouraged but not required.

What We Offer

Compensation: $60,000 base salary + performance incentives, with guaranteed annual earnings of $75,000 and total earning potential of up to $100,000

Responsibilities/Duties:

Sales & Member Experience

Act as the Acting Club Sales Manager by working within the clubs to support daily operations and drive sales.
Manage marketing-generated and walk-in leads while creating new membership opportunities through referrals, community outreach, member engagement, and organic social media.
Conduct membership consultations and club tours.
Drive membership and coaching sales while ensuring both clubs consistently achieve revenue goals.
Keep your club clean and organized making sure the overall presentation meets company expectations.
Support managers across the clubs in overcoming objections, improving close rates, and increasing lead conversion.
Build strong relationships with members to increase retention, satisfaction, and referrals.

Leadership & Performance

Take full ownership and accountability for the revenue, membership growth, coaching sales, and overall performance of the clubs.
Lead by example by consistently demonstrating exceptional sales, customer service, and leadership behaviors.
Coach and hold accountable managers across both clubs through regular feedback, goal setting, role playing and performance coaching.
Partner with the Regional Manager to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and implement business strategies.
Monitor club performance metrics and proactively develop action plans to improve results.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with managers.
Build a culture focused on accountability, growth, continuous improvement, and exceptional member experience.

Marketing

Support managers with planning and executing local organic marketing initiatives.
Maintain an active social media presence by creating engaging organic content highlighting member success stories, club culture, events, community involvement, or other posts deemed appropriate

Operations

Ensure both clubs consistently maintain Anytime Fitness operational and service standards.
Complete administrative responsibilities including reporting, membership agreements, member account management, and club administration.
Keep your club clean and organized making sure the overall presentation meets company expectations.
Support coaching staff and ensure members receive an exceptional coaching experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid G or G2 Driver's License with reliable transportation.
Must be available to travel regularly to Tillsonburg and Ingersoll clubs, office, and East locations if needed
Must be available to work weekends, with a five-day work schedule operating between Monday and Saturday.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
Exceptional organization, problem solving and time management skills.
Passion for helping others.
Passion for fitness.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
