Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for various cleaning tasks.
Conduct commercial cleaning duties in accordance with safety protocols.
Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Lift heavy objects safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Experience

Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes is a plus.
Experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous but not required.
Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting as part of daily duties.
