Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Grill Operator (Monday to Friday) to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. The Grill Operator will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items on the grill, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Operate grills and other kitchen equipment efficiently and safely to prepare menu items.
Cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of the grill station and surrounding areas throughout the shift.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
Strong understanding of serving, meal preparation, and food handling practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with cooking on a grill.
Passion for the food industry with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
