Full job description

```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in our establishment. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area

```Skills```
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Cashiering experience with accurate cash handling skills
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food service procedures and ability to assist with food preparation if needed
- Basic food handling knowledge to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
