What We’re Looking For

Strong fading, tapering, grooming, and finishing skills
Professional appearance and strong communication
Passion for customer experience and hospitality
Punctuality, discipline, and a growth mindset
Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
Ability to maintain high cleanliness and health standards
Licensed barber or hairstylist preferred
Minimum 1 year shop experience preferred
Talented apprentices with exceptional skill and professionalism are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Deliver premium grooming services including fades, tapers, beard grooming, hot towel services, line-ups, and modern styling
Maintain Miami Fades service and presentation standards
Build strong long-term relationships with clients
Contribute positively to team culture and professionalism
Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and operational procedures

Compensation Potential

$2,500–$4,500+ bi-weekly potential
(Commissions + tips + performance incentives)
