ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will manage business and ad hoc requirements through data products and analytics solutions. Involves functional design, product testing, and leveraging business modelling and situation analysis to drive improvements and efficiencies.
YOUR DAY TO DAY

Develop and maintain business models to represent processes, roles, data, and organizational structures. Use these models to communicate insights and propose scenarios for improvement.

Investigate business situations to identify problems and opportunities. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable improvements.

Gather, document, and manage business and ad hoc requirements. Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Design and implement data products and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.

Create functional specifications and design documents for new systems and enhancements.

Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure business models are based on robust data analysis.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure product quality and functionality. Identify and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams.

Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education
-
University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
-
+3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
-
Experience with business modeling tools and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, among others.

Familiarity with data governance principles to ensure data integrity.

Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
Languages

Fluent English proficiency.
