WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Supply Planning Analyst to own critical parts of our production and procurement processes.
This position is based out of our 15 Fraser Avenue, Toronto Headquarters.
The Contract ends on June 30th, 2027.
PAY RANGE
The anticipated base salary for this position is between $60,000 and $65,000
The exact salary depends on several factors, such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Determine the quantity and timing of material purchases and issue purchase orders to ensure timely delivery in alignment with DECIEM’s sales forecasts.

Hinder availability issues to production by maintaining a continuous supply of materials.

Achieve maximum availability of materials at optimum inventory levels for both internal production and Third-Party Manufacture (TPM) operations.

Regularly review and assess supply parameters, replenishment parameters, and safety stock levels for all materials.

Optimize inventory movement by developing strategies to improve supply flow and inventory turn, while proactively removing aged or non-productive inventory.

Work closely with the Sourcing team to ensure that existing and potential new suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet production demand.
April 2026 -
Manage inventory and order reviews and oversee the replenishment process directly with suppliers.

Act as an ambassador for Supply Chain by leading by example and fostering highly productive collaboration with external partners.

Monitor and resolve issues with suppliers as necessary, specifically regarding out-of-stock items, urgent needs, or overages.

Drive timely decision-making and milestone delivery through strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Production Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, Regulatory, Design, R&D, and QA.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Post-Secondary education in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

2+ years of professional experience in the Supply Planning field is required. Preferred in a manufacturing environment.

Certifications in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management, such as APICS CSCP and CPIM preferred.

Exceptionally strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel. Advanced Access and/or SQL knowledge preferred.

Knowledge of ERP Procurement, Production Planning and Materials Management modules considered an asset.
