Job Overview
Sofia, a premier Italian restaurant located in the heart of Yorkville, is currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join our talented brigade. As a high-volume establishment, we require a highly organized, focused, and positive leader who is committed to leading by example and maintaining excellence under pressure.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations.

- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, authentic Italian cuisine.- Provide mentorship and training to the culinary team, fostering a culture of passion and professional growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in upper management positions within Italian-focused restaurants.
- Demonstrated passion for culinary arts and teaching.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a high-volume environment.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated culinary professional to lead a dynamic team while showcasing their expertise in the food industry.
