Sommaire du poste

Relevant du Directeur des ventes, le Gestionnaire de comptes est responsable de la gestion des demandes de la clientèle, de l'analyse des besoins techniques en ventilation commerciale et industrielle, de la préparation de soumissions détaillées ainsi que du suivi des dossiers jusqu'à la confirmation des commandes.

Il agit à titre de ressource technique et commerciale auprès des clients, en assurant un service rigoureux, une estimation précise des coûts et le maintien de relations d'affaires durables.

Principales responsabilités

Accompagner les clients et les ingénieurs dans la conception de systèmes de ventilation de cuisines commerciales ainsi que de systèmes CVAC commerciaux et industriels, conformément à la norme NFPA 96 et aux codes nationaux du bâtiment.
Présenter nos produits CVAC auprès des clients et des firmes d'ingénierie lors de présentations techniques, de dîners-conférences, de rencontres Zoom ou de visites en personne partout au Canada et aux États-Unis.
Développer de nouvelles relations d'affaires avec des clients et des firmes d'ingénierie.
Effectuer le suivi des soumissions afin de favoriser leur conversion en ventes.
Assurer le suivi de la production des équipements de ventilation et veiller au bon déroulement des commandes.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée au poste.

Qualifications requises

Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en mécanique du bâtiment ou diplôme universitaire en génie.
Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience en ventes, estimation ou ventes techniques dans le secteur de la ventilation ou du CVAC commercial ou industriel.
Excellente capacité à lire et interpréter des plans, devis et dessins techniques.
Bonne connaissance des systèmes de ventilation et des méthodes d'installation (un atout).
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en service à la clientèle et en relations interpersonnelles.
Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers, priorités et échéances.
Personne autonome, organisée, rigoureuse, proactive et soucieuse du détail.
Réseau de contacts établi dans l'industrie du CVAC (un atout important).
Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office ainsi que des logiciels d'estimation ou d'un système ERP (un atout).
La maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est requise, puisque le poste implique des communications régulières avec des clients et des fournisseurs partout au Canada et aux États-Unis.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the Sales account manager is responsible for managing incoming customer requests, analyzing technical needs in commercial and industrial ventilation, preparing detailed quotations, and following up on files through to order confirmation.

The position acts as a key technical and commercial resource, ensuring rigorous service, accurate cost estimation, and the maintenance of long-term business relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist clients and engineers in designing commercial kitchen ventilation systems and industrial/commercial HVAC systems in accordance with NFPA 96 and National Building Codes
Present our HVAC products to clients and engineering firms through lunch-and-learns, Zoom meetings, and/or in-person presentations across Canada and the USA
Develop new relationships with new clients and engineering firms
Follow up on quotations to support sales conversion
Oversee the production of ventilation equipment and ensure proper follow-up
Perform any other related tasks associated with the role

Required Qualifications

College diploma (DEC) in Building Mechanics or a university degree in Engineering
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales, estimation, or technical sales in the commercial or industrial ventilation/HVAC sector
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Solid understanding of ventilation systems and installation methods (an asset)
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple files, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Established network within the HVAC industry (a strong asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating or ERP software (an asset)
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves regular communication with customers and suppliers across Canada and the USA

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
